Biography :

Descended from Javanese & Minangkabau culture, Salman was born in 20 July 1980. He is currently holding a position of CEO of PT Paragon Technology and Innovation (PTI). The company produces Wardah, Make Over, Emina, Kahf, Putri, Labore, Wonderly, Tavi and others.

He is leading a company that employed over 10.000 employee with 41 distribution centers network across Indonesia and Malaysia. Having more than 200 partners in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in promoting Benefits for the Nation.

A top executive who cares about the world of education, he is an alumnus of Electrical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). He is also an executive and business coach who has a vision to create 100 future leaders in the company he leads.
